Zone 7 Water District

Consolidated Engineering Laboratories (CEL) has provided on-call services for Zone 7 Water Agency in many different capacities.

Scope of services provided by CEL included full-time Special Inspectors on projects that utilized masonry, steel and concrete construction.

CEL has also provided full geotechnical engineering and support for the Agency. CEL has responded to last minute emergency calls involving sinkholes and cave-ins. Zone 7 Water Agency and CEL developed a billing system that reported each project separately with each one accountable by task. Projects for the Agency have included: Patterson Pass Water Treatment, Well Pump #3 Station, Del Valle Water Treatment Plant Upgrade.
