Rob Morse

Senior Vice-President/Senior Project Manager

Mr. Morse has spent over 17 years within the construction and testing industry bringing an unparalleled work ethic to each project he manages. He continually strives to exceed client expectations by providing the care and attention each deserves. His responsibilities include business development, project management and estimating. He is an excellent and valued contributor to both our company and to our clientele.

Michael Pearl

Senior Account Director

Mr. Pearl brings over 25 years of Business Development/Client Relationship Management experience in diverse markets, including Commercial, Petrochemical, Municipal, Industrial, Environmental, Government and DOD throughout the Western U.S. As a project manager, his excellent communication skills, responsiveness and attention to detail make him an asset to both our clientele and CEL.

Joe Berriatua

Senior Project Manager/Business Development Executive

Mr. Berriatua brings 13 years of sales experience to CEL in the Testing/Inspection industry. His responsibilities include: sales, estimating and project management. As a project manager his hands on approach to details pertaining to Inspections/Testing and Budgets keep his clients informed throughout the duration of his projects.

Martin Meier

Senior Project Manager/Business Development Executive

Mr. Meier has over 25 years of direct industry experience in Construction Inspections and Materials Testing and over 35 years of experience in the construction industry including Construction Management, General Contracting and Civil Design and Planning. He has a B.S. in Construction Management and a B.A. in General Business and Marketing, as well as an associate’s degree in Architecture and Construction Technologies. His responsibilities include project management, estimating, business development and account management for large-scale projects in Northern California and the San Francisco Bay area. His market sector experience includes sports complexes, commercial development, as well as high-tech/bio-tech, industrial processing, civil, municipalities, infrastructure, education, energy facilities, refineries and medical center projects.

Nicholas McCloud

Project Manager/Business Development Executive

Mr. McCloud joined Consolidated Engineering Laboratories (CEL) in 2012 after graduating from California State University Stanislaus with a degree in Business Administration. In 2016, he transitioned from Operations and Recruiting to the Project Management Team. He now focuses on providing competitive cost budget estimates and proposals for our clients. As a project manager he is dedicated to maintaining unparalleled quality service for our customers.
