Andrew J. Pikero, P.E.
Division Manager - Hawaii/Pacific Region
Mr. Andrew Pikero joined CEL in 2021 with over 8 years of post-graduate experience. He has extensive experience in all aspects of geotechnical design including performing on-site laboratory testing, data collection, engineering analysis, special inspection and project management. Mr. Pikero supervises CEL’s extensive laboratory testing program and also prepares full scale geotechnical investigation and recommendations for a variety of commercial and residential applications. He also has experience monitoring the installation of both shallow and deep foundation systems and has worked in a variety of geotechnical conditions.
Kris Megeath, P.E., MBA
Division Manager - Salt Lake City
Mr. Megeath has been with CEL since 2019 and is currently the Division Manager for our Salt Lake City, Utah office. With over 15 years of experience in the geotechnical engineering and materials testing and inspection industries, Mr. Megeath provides value and service to our clients from the initial geotechnical exploration to the end of construction. His responsibilities include providing geotechnical oversight and guidance, ensuring clients are receiving top-tier service, and overseeing the Salt Lake City field and laboratory teams. Mr. Megeath received both his Civil and Environmental Engineering Degree and MBA from the University of Utah.
