Mr. Brice joined the CEL management team in 2006 and has served the company in various roles including Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Brice has been a key contributor in building CEL’s market leadership position based on integrity and honesty while focusing on safety, quality, and collaborative teamwork between CEL and project teams. Mr. Brice has a robust desire to exceed client expectations in all facets of our operations on each and every project.

Mr. Morse has spent more than 17 years within the construction and testing industry, bringing an unparalleled work ethic to each project he manages. He continually strives to exceed client expectations by providing the care and attention each deserves. His responsibilities include business development, project management and estimating. He is an excellent and valued contributor to both our company and to our clientele.
