
As Executive Vice President, Richard brings nearly 40 years of inspection experience to his role at CEL. Richard holds an incredible wealth of knowledge, particularly as it relates to structural steel, fabrication, and erection. Early in his career, Richard was involved with the pioneering efforts of introducing ultrasonic testing of weldements to the construction industry. He has become one of the more prominent leaders in the industry. He has actively managed some of CEL’s most significant projects including the Moscone West Convention Center and many Kaiser projects.
