
Jim joined CEL in 1989 and has been a key player in the quality assurance of our laboratories. Jim oversees and directs the day to day laboratory operations of CEL, including our 24,000 square foot Oakland Laboratory. Jim has helped research and coordinate complex issues as outlined by the American Concrete Institute. He has worked closely with experts on several major projects to trouble-shoot low strength concrete issues. He also reviews inspection daily field reports.
