
Mr. Morse has nine years of experience in the construction and testing industry. With his extensive background, Mr. Morse has a thorough understanding of the testing of concrete, shotcrete, mortar, grout and fireproofing. His specialized concrete testing experience includes destructive coring, shrinkage, flex beams, piles and splitting tensile.
Now, as a Project Manager, he brings keen insight and willingness to exceed project expectations. Furthermore, his strong understanding of how Division of the State Architect (DSA) and Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) projects work make him an excellent and valued contributor on any project.

John Muir Medical Center – Phase 4 Expansion, Walnut Creek, CA
Project Manager for this $300 million hospital expansion project consisting of two new 5-story bed towers and associated diagnostics and testing support totaling 374,000 square feet and a 23,000 square foot Central Utility Plant. CEL’s scope of services included reinforced concrete, structural masonry, sprayed applied fireproofing, structural steel and buckling restrained braces special inspections and testing.
John Muir Medical Center – Emergency Department Remodel
Phases 1 & 2, Walnut Creek, CA
Project Manager for this complete remodel project consisting of approximately 25,000 square feet of existing hospital space. CEL’s scope of services included site work grading and compaction testing, reinforced concrete, sprayed applied fireproofing, structural steel, proofload testing and ground penetrating radar (GPR) services.

Project Manager for this four-story, 218,000 square foot building which serves as Stanford’s new Cancer Treatment and Prevention/Ambulatory Care Pavilion.
