Chris has over 30 years of experience in materials testing and inspection for the construction industry, and has been with CEL as a materials engineer for over 16 years. His role includes overseeing and review of technical inspection reports and tests generated by CEL's shop and field inspection personnel. He has in-depth knowledge of the industry, including specific areas such as concrete admixture, aggregate sources, and mix designs and is a major resource in the review process. He has proven to be an asset to design teams from project commencement through project close-out. Chris is a registered professional engineer in California, Washington and Hawaii.
