Bob is a 22- year veteran of the construction and inspection industry. Having spent the early part of his career in post-tensioned and reinforced concrete inspection, Bob quickly rose to become a field supervisor for CEL. He also worked as a Project Manager, managing over $60 million in construction. For the last six years Bob has been CEL's Concrete Laboratory Manager overseeing the daily activities of our concrete laboratory in Oakland and assuring the integrity of the tests results that are issued out of the laboratory.
