K.C. has 30 years of experience in construction and forensic engineering. K.C. is a Senior Engineer and manages the forensics department within CEL Consulting. His expertise includes forensic investigations, as-built documentation, building facade studies, specialty testing and failure analysis. He has worked on various projects providing expert evaluation of acoustic systems, stucco installation, and plaster integrity. He has been called on to provide expert witness testimony on several major projects.
