Dan has over ten years of materials testing and geotechnical engineering experience as well as a civil engineering degree. Dan oversees and directs the engineering applications related to materials engineering for CEL's Sacramento region. He also provides assistance and direction as it relates to the geotechnical needs of the area, performing engineering review and making geotechnical recommendations. Dan has worked his way up from a student level position in the laboratories to his current position as Engineer- in- Charge. Dan has a thorough understanding of how materials testing and geotechnical engineering can aid in project development.

Dan led a geotechnical investigation and follow-up field work, which involved over 100 borings and several cone penetrometer tests. Field operations took place over a year period on this 54 acre site.
