For over 20 years Gary has provided leadership to CEL to become the premier construction materials testing laboratory in the western United States. He has been the Project Principal on hundreds of large projects utilizing his unique expertise to work with design teams and contractors to expedite schedules and augment quality assurance. He has served as a chairman of the Building Industry Conference Board and has served on the East Bay Advisory Board for Special Olympics.
