Charlie is the Director of Accounting and is responsible for managing both the financial affairs and the information technology infrastructure at CEL. He is a seasoned finance executive who joined CEL in January 2006 with more than 20 years of diversified financial and administrative management experience. He has worked in several different industries in senior positions where he gained a reputation as a hands-on financial manager with a history of streamlining processes to gain efficiencies.
