As an Estimator/Project Manager, Ms. Abernathy has more than 10 years in the construction industry. She began her career as a laboratory technician, evaluating soils, aggregates, asphaltic concrete and construction materials for their compliance with ASTM and Caltrans methods/specifications. In addition, Ms. Abernathy has earned her ACI Level 1 field and laboratory certifications to sample and test concrete. Her background and hands on experience has enabled her to ascertain full knowledge of plan reading, project estimating and management.
