OAKLAND COLISEUM
OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA

Consolidated Engineering Laboratories performed all special inspection and testing services for this high profile expansion project. This fast-track project was serviced 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our services included inspection and testing of reinforced concrete, shotcrete, epoxy grouted dowels, concrete pile fabrication, structural steel fabrication in the shop and field, pile splice welding, and proofloading of dowels and anchors. We also utilized pachometers to determine the location of reinforcing steel prior to contractor drilling or coring holes for dowels and anchors. CEL provided shop fabrication inspection at four different facilities in Southern California. An e-mail reporting system was used to provide our client and all designated parties with reports within 24 hours.
