Consolidated Engineering Laboratories (CEL) provided testing and inspection services for the remodeling and improvement to the Aquarium entranceway. The improvement consisted of structural steel framing, an overhead walkway, and the expansion of adjacent rooms at the entranceway. CEL's geotechnical staff was utilized to provide recommendations to improve existing conditions. CEL performed concrete, structural steel shop and field welding, and fireproofing inspection and testing services.
