Consolidated Engineering Laboratories is extremely proud of the work we performed at this historic San
Francisco structure. CEL provided all the materials testing and special inspection services for this
massive undertaking which included the seismic renovation of the 600 ft. long building located at the end
of Market Street. Our scope of service included: reinforced concrete, shotcrete, masonry, shop and field
welding and ultrasonic testing, proofloading, anchor dowel, nailing, roofing and epoxy inject inspection
and pachometer surveys.
