The 15th and Jefferson Street condominium project is construction of 78 condominium units with an automated parking structure. The project will include a landscaped podium level courtyard, landscaped area on roof and two story town house units fronting 15th and Jefferson at grade. The stacked flat condominium units above the podium will be wood framed. Consolidated Engineering Laboratories scope of service includes reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, roof nailing, shear wall nailing inspection and testing. A unique scope of service CEL has provided is the inspection and verification of the Liquid Boot waterproofing material.
