Consolidated Engineering Laboratories was retained by Alamo Square, LLC to provide full time quality control. This project consisted of two levels of post-tensioned concrete and masonry, with three levels of wood frame construction above the parking structure. This project included condominiums, apartments and a parking garage. CEL provided continuous inspection of the condominium framing. Videotape documentation of as-built construction conditions were utilized to verify construction progress. CEL's highly qualified condominium inspection team utilized their expertise to assist the Owner in assuring an exceptional level of safety for future residents.
