A collection of contemporary condominiums and flats, this project involves construction of a seven-story building. The lower two levels consist of a reinforced concrete, podium-style parking garage, and the upper five stories to be light-steel frame construction. Consolidated Engineering Laboratories’ scope of services include reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, shotcrete, and structural steel testing and inspection. CEL is working closely with Signature Properties to ensure inspection continuity over the course of the project.
