THE GAP – 250 EMBARCADERO
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA

Consolidated Engineering Laboratories provided materials testing and special inspection services on the building at 250 Embarcadero in San Francisco, California. This project consists of 2-story underground parking with 15 above-grade stories of structural steel with a reinforced concrete core, totaling 540,000 square feet. CEL provided materials testing and special inspection for structural steel shop and field welding, precast embeds, reinforced concrete, precast panel fabrication, fireproofing and waterproofing inspection.
