Consolidated Engineering Laboratories (CEL) provided testing and inspection services for this nine building, 730,000 square foot campus created for the biotechnology industry in South San Francisco, California. The campus includes nine buildings, parking structures, a fitness center, a child care center, walking/jogging trails, a central pedestrian plaza and an outdoor amphitheater. CEL's scope of services included inspection and testing of reinforced concrete and precast concrete.
