Consolidated Engineering Laboratories was retained by Project Management Associates to provide quality control inspection services for this fast-paced, complex construction project. The first phase consisted of four structural steel office buildings comprising nearly 500,000 square feet of office space. The structural steel fabrication was performed at Gayle Manufacturing facilities in both Woodland, California and Nampa, Idaho using a multiple shift operation. Parking structure A, which is a seven-level parking garage with over 1,200 parking stalls, was a complex posttensioned configuration and required extensive coordination with the structural engineer of record.
