CEL and Consolidated Consulting Engineering successfully completed this project in May of 2002. This project consisted of a 30-story multi-use structural steel building with three floors of subterranean parking. We provided all of the required materials testing and special inspection for this project, including reinforced concrete, shotcrete, masonry, architectural pre-cast concrete, structural steel, fireproofing, curtainwall installation and floor flatness. The Consulting Engineering Division provided in-situ air and water infiltration testing.
