Consolidated Engineering Laboratories (CEL) provided testing and inspection services for this new-era high-rise which conforms to the San Francisco Downtown Plan Guidelines. The 25-story tower contains 345,000 SF of Class "A" office space with additional ground floor retail space. CEL's scope of services included structural steel shop and field welding, fireproofing, proof load testing, anchor/dowel installation, and reinforced concrete.
