Second Street Tower, which at the time was the first high rise building to be constructed in San Francisco in over ten years. CEL's scope of services included inspection and testing of pile installation and under-pinning,
reinforced concrete, shop and field structural steel, window wall, curtain wall testing, masonry and fireproofing.
