SHOPS AT WATERFORD
DUBLIN, CALIFORNIA

A new 134,035 s.f. Town Center was created by Shea Properties, which successfully integrates a mixture of uses and compliments the existing community's developing environment in east Dublin. SGPA transitions a traditional neighborhood market and drug store with upscale retail shops into a "main street" featuring cafes and restaurants, and adds three stories of residential over retail and food uses. A main square features a fountain court to accommodate special events and an outdoor marketplace. East Bay Business Times selected Waterford as the Residential Project of the Year. Shea Properties (NorCal) received congressional recognition by Richard Pombo, and State recognition by Guy Houston. CEL's scope of services included reinforced concrete, masonry, shop welding and ultrasonic testing, field welding and ultrasonic testing, roofing testing and inspection services.
