BAY STREET MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT
EMERYVILLE, CALIFORNIA
Consolidated Engineering Laboratories provided materials testing and special inspection for the enormous
Bay Street mixed-use development in Emeryville, California. This project consisted of 400,000 square
feet of retail and entertainment space; 2,700,000 square feet of residential units; a 200,000 square foot hotel;
1,500 space multi-level parking structure, a 16-screen cinema complex and 1,900 parking spaces. Our
scope of services consisted of pile fabrication, reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural
steel shop and field welding, masonry and fireproofing.
