Consolidated Engineering Laboratories (CEL) provided the full range of inspection and testing services on this county and regional hospital. Working closely with the Inspector of Record and OSHPD, Consolidated provided as many as eight inspectors at a time to accommodate the demands of the aggressive construction schedule, along with more stringent than usual OSHPD requirements. CEL performed not only the typical inspection services of structural steel shop fabrication, field welding, reinforced concrete, masonry, shotcrete and fireproofing, but also provided overall general inspection activities to help ensure the construction quality of the project.
