HIGHLAND HOSPITAL
OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA

This project consisted of a new 150,000 s.f., 8-story structural steel critical care building and 160,000 square foot, 7-story post-tensioned parking structure. Consolidated Engineering Laboratories performed all construction inspection and materials testing services for this project. The scope of service included soils excavation, observation and gradation, field welding, concrete placement and posttensioned concrete, fireproofing, proofload testing and batch plant. The structural steel was fabricated at W & W Steel Fabrication facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
