Consolidated Engineering Laboratories was retained to provide the full gamut of materials testing and special inspection services on the Good Samaritan Women's and Children's Center and Neo and Infant Care Unit. This $40 Million project consists of a three-story structural steel frame comprising approximately 65,000 square feet. The structural steel was fabricated at Bambacigno Ironworks in Modesto, utilizing a two-shift operation. CEL provided a Resident Inspector during all phases of activity.
