Consolidated Engineering Laboratories (CEL) providedg materials testing and special inspection services on this massive 320-acre site development. This campus includes 48 one and twostory buildings that total over 1.2 million square feet. CEL also provided all off-site fabrication inspection services to seven facilities operating multiple shifts. The scope of services provided by CEL includes: reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, structural steel and welding (shop and field), fireproofing and soils.

OF SPECIAL INTEREST:

• CEL mobilized a full service laboratory that was completely operational and certified by the Department of General Services to the project site within one month's notice.
• CEL had a staff with as many as 13 inspectors on site and 7 inspectors off site during the peak construction periods.
