CEL is very proud of the on-call services contract that we have retained with LLNL since 1990. CEL provides, on average, three multi-disciplined special inspectors daily to LLNL for on-going projects. Our scope of
service includes geotechnical engineering, erosion and slope stabilization assessments and
recommendations, inclinometer readings, pavement recommendations, various materials testing and
special inspection on concrete, steel, soil, mechanical and electrical.
Projects include the National Ignition Facility, Terascale Simulation A Facility, Isotope Sciences Facility,
International Security Research Facility, Mocho Pump Station, Energetic Materials Processing Center,
Office Buildings 242, 264, 583, and multiple re-roofs and seismic upgrades.
