Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, as the prime consultant for materials testing and construction inspection, assisted the Liberty Union High School District, Construction Manager and Inspector of Record with their quality assurance program for the construction of Phases I and II, including all site work and new building structures. Our services for the project also included geotechnical engineering, grading observations and soils testing. Phase II (structures) along with soils testing responsibilities, includes concrete, masonry, structural steel and fireproofing.
