This 250,000 s.f. site consists of 12 buildings including an administration building, a theater, gymnasium, football stadium and pool complex. Also on site are 12 modular buildings. The project is a combination of structural steel framing and wood framing, also includes metal deck and has both built-up and metal roofing.
