Consolidated Engineering Laboratories provided a geotechnical engineering study report for the design
and construction of a 180 by 300 foot Educational Services building. The structure is three stories plus a
penthouse with a basement level. Due to high groundwater conditions, dewatering designs were
implemented during construction and the final building design. A geotechnical engineering study report
was prepared for the design and construction of a single story, approximate 25,000 s.f. faculty center
building. CEL also provided construction monitoring, special inspection and testing services throughout
the construction phase of this project. Our scope of services included reinforced concrete, masonry,
structural steel shop and field and fireproofing.
