Consolidated Engineering Laboratories was selected to provide testing and inspection services by the Albany Unified School District for this new middle school project. Under Title 24 regulations we provided soils testing, concrete batch plant inspections, shop and field welding, reinforced concrete and masonry inspections and proof load testing.
